Program evaluation in community organizations is a crucial process that assesses the effectiveness of programs and initiatives designed to enhance community well-being. However, program evaluators often overlook essential considerations during the planning and implementation phases, which can significantly impact the quality and relevance of their evaluations.
Understanding these commonly forgotten aspects is crucial for ensuring that evaluations effectively address community needs and foster stakeholder engagement.
